During my week-long stay, I found Pension Perez Montilla to be in a fantastic location right in the heart of Seville. The friendly staff, particularly Jordi, were extremely helpful. My room was small but clean and I appreciated having my own bathroom.

absolutley, a 'charming' room, but it felt like I was living in a cave with dark lights and cold air seeping through the windows. I was lucky nobody stole my blankets that smelled like old socks! woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade after all the inconveniences, but alas, I am just like everyone else here.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for evening relaxation. Sadly, noise from the streets and thin walls disrupted my sleep, but a clean shared bathroom made for a comfortable visit.

The room insulation felt non-existent. if you have a noisy neighbor, good luck!!! The heating was laughably inadequate, leaving me cold at night!!! An update on the entire heating system might just save you from more complaints!!!

However, the noise levels were disruptive at night, especially from loud ringing phones and inconsiderate guests. The bed was uncomfortable due to a hard mattress, which affected my sleep quality during the stay. Also, Wi-Fi reception was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.

Rooms vary in size, with some feeling quite small, and noise from the pedestrian street below can be an issue, especially at night. The air conditioning in certain rooms is inadequate for heating, and guests reported difficulties with temperature control and street noise. Cleaning isn’t very frequent, as linens are changed every three days, and some showers experience fluctuations in water pressure. Thin walls mean you can easily hear your neighbors, which can disrupt peace during the night.
